How to Download

Here's a step-by-step guide to download your purchased embroidery designs from Hola Embroidery (holaembroidery.com):

1. Log into your account

• Go to https://holaembroidery.com/
• Click on Sign In (usually in the top right or in the menu).
• Enter your email and password.

2. Access your downloads

• Once logged in, go to My Account.
• In the left menu (or account dashboard), click on Downloadable Products.

3. Download the files

• You’ll see your purchased designs listed.
• Click the Product name link  next to the Order ID.
• The files are usually provided as .ZIP archives containing multiple embroidery formats (PES, DST, EXP, JEF, etc.).

4. After downloading

• Locate the downloaded .zip file on your computer.
• Extract/Unzip it (right-click → Extract All on Windows, or double-click on Mac).
• Choose the correct format for your embroidery machine and transfer it to a USB stick or directly to your machine.

• Downloads are instant right after purchase.
• You can usually re-download the files anytime from your account.
