3. Order Processing

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
Refunds or replacements may be provided only under the following conditions:

* Duplicate purchase due to technical error
Custom digitizing orders that have already been started or completed cannot be canceled or refunded.

Hola Embroidery is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect machine settings, hooping, stabilizers, thread quality, or operator error.
